OUR STORY

Our love of the Golden Doodle breed started in 2008, when we saw a picture of a Golden Doodle puppy that my friend was considering purchasing. We immediately fell in love with the shaggy, almost muppet like face of these dogs. We love Golden Retrievers but after owning Malamutes and Huskies for years, the idea of having a dog that shed tremedously was not what we were looking for.

Golden Doodles were the perfect blend. They have retriever like personalities but without the shedding as the Poodle hair is usually more dominant and results in minimal to no shedding for a Golden Doodle. Another nice perk...these dogs are comprised of two of the smartest dog breeds there are.

We took our time trying to find the perfect puppy. We really wanted a light, almost white Golden Doodle. This meant we had to find a dog that was bred from a white poodle and very light golden, or a British Creme Golden Retriever. And then...we found him....

Jasper was exactly what we were looking for. As a puppy he looked like a shaggy white Golden Retriever. As he grew, his shaggy white hair curled and waved slightly. We love to give him all kinds of fun hair cuts. He grew into such an amazing dog. He is wonderfully sensitive, sweet and loyal. We loved this breed so much that we were inspired to start breeding them ourselves...and since it all started with Jasper, we felt it only fitting to name our website after him.

Breeding Golden Doodles is a labor of love for us. Our dogs are our pets first! This is not a factory. Every puppy born becomes an extended member of our family. From the time they come into this world, we love, care and nurture them in our home 24/7 until they find their forever home. We go above and beyond for our litters. We breed for personality and temperament, and of course cuteness! We enjoy getting to know our puppies' future owners personally. You are not merely a customer, you are important to our family. We will help you choose the best pup for your family and advise you during the purchasing process as well as any support you may need throughout your puppy's life.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship our dogs in cargo on airplanes. We enjoy meeting our owners. If you are not local, please inquire about puppy delivery/pickup options.
